You have 30 days to exchange or return an item.
All returned items must be unaltered and include any original packaging, including all parts the item came with. We only accept returns in the original packaging.
Once we receive it, we’ll inspect your returned products. If they are in good condition, we’ll issue any appropriate credits and/or refunds. Refunds may only be issued to the credit card used to make the original purchase or in the form of store credit.
If you have payed with Bank Transfer we need some information to make the refund. In this case please send IBAN number (account number), Swift/BIC code (if possible) and fuld name and address if this differs from the name on the order, to email@example.com.
If you receive an item that was damaged in transit or is defective, we’d be happy to send you a replacement. Just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 72 hours of receiving the item to request an exchange. In your email, please include your order number, your name, a brief note describing the damage or defect and photos of the same.
Aside from damaged items, we don’t have a formal exchange policy. But you’re free to return one product and purchase a different one.
